1970 Wolseley 18/85

The 18/85 model name was again used on a Wolseley from 1967 to 1972. This was a variant of the BMC ADO17, which was also marketed under Austin and Morris names.

This Wolseley 18/85 was first registered on the 8th September 1970 in London and more recent spent a number of years in Hampshire.

This is very much a recommissioning project. It needs checking over and going through before any road tests are attempted, we have had the engine running and it sounds good.

We have not been inspected the car on a ramp but at first glance looks very solid underneath, with minimal welding required.

The Wolseley would suit a young enthusiast looking for a starter classic car or someone looking to own rolling restoration.
