1967 Triumph Vitesse

Sold

Locations: Petworth

The Triumph Vitesse is a compact six-cylinder car built by Standard-Triumph from 1962 to 1971. The car was based on the Giovanni Michelotti designed Herald and was available in saloon and convertible variants.

This Triumph Vitesse was first registered on the 27th March 1968 in London, before spending some time in Southampton.

The 2L 6 cylinder engine starts and runs very well, it’s very smooth and sounds great. It has a full stainless steel exhaust including manifold and has a new battery fitted.

The drivetrain is in good order, the gears are direct and the clutch smooth. It has new tyres all round and stiffened suspension, it handles extremely well and is a pleasure to drive.

The underside is very solid, and the paintwork was finished to very high standard and although not immaculate still remains in very nice condition.

The interior is in good order with minimal wear and was likely replaced during the restoration along with the hood.

We have a large history file, including the current V5.

Please feel free to contact us for further information or to arrange a viewing - a walk around video is available that can be shared.

We are happy to consider part exchange. Nationwide delivery available.
