1965 Triumph Herald

Sold

Location: Petworth

The Triumph Herald is a small two-door car introduced by Standard-Triumph of Coventry in 1959 and made through to 1971. The body design was by the Italian stylist Giovanni Michelotti, and the car was offered in saloon, convertible, coupé, estate and van models, with the latter marketed as the Triumph Courier.

This Triumph Herald was first registered on the 17th September 1965 in London and more recent spent a number of years in Hampshire.

This is very much a recommissioning project, it does run, stop, start and drive. It needs checking over and going through before any road tests are attempted.

We have not been inspected the car on a ramp but at first glance looks very solid underneath.

The Triumph would suit a young enthusiast looking for a starter classic car or someone looking to own rolling restoration.
