1936 Morris 8 4 Door Saloon

Sold

Location: Cranleigh

The Morris Eight is a small family car produced by Morris Motors from 1935 to 1948. It was inspired by the sales popularity of the Ford Model Y and the success of the car enabled Morris to regain its position as Britain's largest motor manufacturer.

This Morris 8 has a lovely presence. The car drives very well and gear change is smooth.  It starts and runs fantastically and, thanks to the hydraulic brakes as standard, modern day driving isn’t a problem.
Being an older restoration the paint work is far from immaculate however still very presentable. The interior has been retrimmed and is in lovely order and the chrome work remains all very nice and clean. The car also sports a luggage rack on the rear.

We have history and paperwork including the V5.
