1933 Austin 10/4
Sold
Location: Cranleigh
The Austin Ten is a small car that was produced by Austin between 1932 and 1947. It was Austin's best selling car in the 1930s and it fitted in between their "baby" Austin Seven, which had been introduced in 1922, and their various Austin Twelves.
This 1933 Austin 10/4 starts and runs very well, having recently received a carburettor replacement and ignition attention. The car drives smoothly and brakes are amazingly good.
At the time of restoration, the paint work was carried out to a high standard, however there are a couple of areas which have received further attention since the respray was completed. The interior is nice and presentable with no rips or tears to the seats.
The car comes complete with a large history file, including photographs of the restoration.
