1926 Rolls Royce 20HP Hooper Landaulette

£35,950

Location: Cranleigh

The Rolls-Royce Twenty was Rolls-Royce's "small car", produced from 1922 to 1929 alongside the 40/50 Silver Ghost and the successor to the 40/50, the Phantom. It was intended to appeal to owner-drivers but many were sold to customers with chauffeurs.

GYK33 was ordered by the Car Mart Ltd in 1926 for Mr William Johnson Of Pinkney Green, Berkshire. This was the first year that 4 wheel brakes and right hand gear change were fitted.

This car has been part of our family's collection for 20 years. It starts and runs well and there are no whines or noises. The engine is in good order and has just had a new coil fitted. The drive train is as you would expect, gear change is good and the clutch is smooth.

The paint work is in good order, it shines well and, while it isn’t immaculate, it is still nice. There is no corrosion and the underside is clean.

The interior is in lovely condition with no rips or tears and it comes complete with occasional seats. The Landaulette roof folds back perfectly and is in good order.

The car comes complete with history and paperwork including the current V5.

Tax and MOT exempt as well as ULEZ compliant.
